Description: Rome Little Theatre is holding a dress rehearsal production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and the DIGS “Just As I Am” choir on Thursday, August 27 at 7:30 p.m. at the historic Desoto Theatre in downtown Rome. This is a fundraiser for DIGS, Inc. Tickets are $5. Advance tickets are available at Kroger and Schroeder’s on Broad St. Tickets will also be available at the door. DIGS is a nonprofit corp whose mission is to provide safe housing, work and leisure opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities.
